South Norfolk Memories

My Mom's photo album has many pictures of her family and friends from the early 1900's.  I just couldn't resist posting some on my web page. Some of these were taken on a rooftop which amazes me.  I don't know why,  but if your family did this, let me hear from you.  I think they were done in North Carolina. Back then, they dressed in their Sunday best to visit or even walk on the beach at Ocean View in Norfolk. I hope you enjoy looking at them.
